  • How do I book a parking space?

    You should fill in our booking form on this website. When you have sent the form, you will receive a confirmation email. It will provide all the information you need about leaving your car in the car park.
     
  • What are the car park opening hours?

    Parkwall is open 7 days a week, from 4 am to midnight.
     
  • Do I have to pay for the shuttle bus service between the car park and the airport?

    NO, the shuttle bus is completely FREE.
     
  • As a customer, can I keep possession of the keys to my vehicle?

    YES, you can keep your keys for the length of your trip.
     
  • What do I do when I arrive at the car park?

    When you arrive at the car park, you should present your confirmation email to the attendant on duty. You can park your vehicle in the allocated space. You’ll then be taken to the airport on our free shuttle bus.
     
  • What do I do when I return to the car park after my flight?

    When you arrive at the airport, you call us as soon as you have collected your luggage. We’ll come immediately and pick you up in our free shuttle bus and take you back to the car park so you can collect your car.
     
  • How long does it take to get from the Parkwall car park to Charleroi airport?

    Our car park is 2 mins from Charleroi airport.
     
  • I’ve just booked a parking space, how do I know if my booking is confirmed?

    When you have filled in and sent your request using the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation guarantees you a reserved parking space on the date shown in the email. If the car park was fully booked, you would not have been able to make the booking.
     
  • What do I do if I need to change my booking?

    If you change your return date, please inform us by email to info@parkwall.be at least 24 hours in advance. You can also contact us by phone.

  • When and how do I pay?

    Payment should be made in cash, when you drop off your car in our car park on your day of departure.
